Free Boating on the Tidal Schuylkill — Bartram's Garden
The community boathouse at Bartram’s Garden offers free kayaking and rowing on the tidal Schuylkill River on Saturday afternoons, with all equipment provided and no registration required. First-come, weather permitting. A genuinely free, on-the-water summer activity in Southwest Philadelphia.
