First Bank of the United States — Public Reopening / Ribbon-Cutting
The nation’s first federally chartered bank (1797) reopens as a museum after a ~$43M restoration, with new exhibits on American history and diplomacy including Centennial/Sesquicentennial/Bicentennial objects. Special exhibition runs July 1, 2026 – Feb 15, 2027.
